Project Overview

The CEO Chamber for Arogyasree Andhra Pradesh is a high-visibility executive suite where public-health leadership meets visiting stakeholders, programme heads, and institutional partners. Kraft9 Holdings delivered a turnkey interior that reads as dignified and official—anchored by a formal desk zone, a calibrated meeting and circulation narrative, and representative finishes suited to statewide healthcare policy and delivery oversight.

Scope of Work

End-to-end interior execution: spatial planning for executive desk, guest and conference seating, circulation and waiting logic, custom joinery and storage, integrated lighting (including ceiling services coordination), wall treatments and feature surfaces, carpet and durable finishes, branding-sensitive detailing around the national emblem presentation, and handover-ready coordination with services and institutional supervision.

Execution Challenges

Representative government-health spaces demand faultless sequencing—emblem and feature walls, services interfaces, and public-sector approvals—without slipping programme. We protected quality gates on materials and installation while aligning multiple stakeholders and keeping the site ready for high-protocol use from day one.

Outcome

A completed CEO chamber that presents authority and clarity: a composed executive environment for Arogyasree leadership—supporting briefings, decisions, and public-health administration with interiors that match the scale and seriousness of the mandate.

Context — Arogyasree & leadership space

Dr. YSR Arogyasree is Andhra Pradesh’s flagship health assurance programme—designed to protect families from catastrophic healthcare costs through empaneled secondary and tertiary care. A CEO chamber in this ecosystem is not merely an office: it is a setting for high-stakes coordination between policy, finance, providers, and citizens’ expectations. The interior had to signal trust, protocol, and operational readiness—not excess.

Design intent

The fit-out balances executive presence with day-long usability: clear sightlines, disciplined material palette (light neutrals, wood accents, controlled contrast), integrated services, and lighting that supports both desk work and formal meetings. Feature emphasis around the national emblem and institutional symbolism is handled with restraint so the room remains a working chamber first.
