Project Overview

The Ratan Tata Innovation Hub in Tirupati is an incubator ecosystem initiated to support students, research teams, and emerging innovators through AP Government-led institutional development. Kraft9 Holdings delivered the infrastructure and interior execution to translate this vision into a high-performance innovation environment.

Scope of Work

End-to-end execution included civil modifications, MEP coordination, lab-ready zones, collaborative incubation spaces, mentoring cabins, meeting areas, and user-oriented interior fit-outs. Finishes, lighting strategy, and circulation planning were aligned for both functionality and long-duration academic use.

Execution Challenges

The project required tight multi-agency coordination across IT, lab-equipment interfaces, HVAC and interiors, with milestone-driven execution under institutional timelines. Kraft9 managed sequencing, on-site dependency control, and quality checkpoints to avoid interface conflicts and delivery slippage.

Outcome

The completed hub now serves as a future-focused student incubator platform with robust execution quality, operational readiness, and a professional environment suitable for innovation programs, collaboration, and scalable institutional initiatives.
